1. My discount code is not working, what should I do?

3. What is the status of my order? 

You will receive an email with all tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped. Please use the tracking information provided to track your parcel with the courier.

4. Can I cancel or change my order?

Unfortunately once an order has been placed you are unable to amend or cancel.
