1. Do you have a size guide?

Yes, take a look at the description box of each product for guidance on sizing. As each style or item can vary in sizing, we didn't want to make a generic size guide for MH The Label but instead give you advice specific to the outfit you're interested in. If you have any questions, please reach out to us via Instagram DM and we'll be more than happy to help.

2. My discount code is not working, what should I do? 

Please ensure the items in your basket qualify for the promotion. However, if you are still encountering issues please reach out to shop@mhthelabel.com and we’ll be happy to assist you.

3. How can I pay for my order?

We accept most major card providers, these include the following:

4. What is the status of my order? 

You will receive an email with all tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped. Please use the tracking information provided to track your parcel with the courier.

5. Can I cancel or change my order?

Unfortunately once an order has been placed you won’t be able to amend or cancel an order.
